This Cookie Policy explains how Avantgarde Properties GmbH, Seitzergasse 6, 1010 Vienna, Austria ("we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on avantgardeproperties.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They do not store information that identifies you personally for marketing purposes.

3.2 Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), to manage the tags on our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies and does not analyse personal data. It only loads the other tags described below, and does so only in line with your consent choices.
3.3 Analytics cookies (only with consent)
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve its content and structure. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We use Google Consent Mode, so analytics cookies are only set once you have given your consent.

3.4 Marketing cookies (only with consent)
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta"). It lets us measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and show relevant ads to people who have visited our website. For the collection and transmission of this data, we and Meta are joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR; Meta is responsible for any further processing. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
